When you contact us
You can contact us through the contact form or by email. We receive your name, email address, company name if provided, and message. We use these to answer your question and discuss a possible engagement. Form submissions pass through Cloudflare Pages Functions and Cloudflare Email Sending to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We do not store submissions in a website database or use them for a mailing list.
Providing this information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to respond. We process business enquiries based on our legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining business relationships. Where you request steps towards a contract in your own name, we process the necessary information for those steps.
We keep enquiry correspondence while we handle your question and any related follow-up. Relevant correspondence may be retained longer where needed to meet legal recordkeeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Website visits and hosting
The Predicate pages contain no analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter signup or embedded social widgets. Fonts, icons and images are served with the website. When the contact form is available, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser or device information, for this security check. We also use your IP address for temporary submission rate limits. This processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the website and mailbox against abuse.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting services may process technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and secure the website. Our purpose is to provide a working, secure website, based on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting it. Cloudflare explains its processing in its privacy policy.
Cookies and display preferences
When you choose light or dark mode, this website remembers your choice in session storage under predicate-theme. It applies to this website in the current browser tab’s session, is used only for the display you requested and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. Without a stored choice, the site follows your device’s appearance setting.
The language follows the page address; we do not store a language cookie. No optional tracking cookies are added by the Predicate pages. Hosting security features may use necessary cookies; their behaviour depends on the deployed Cloudflare configuration.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides website hosting, form processing, spam protection and email transmission. Microsoft provides our Microsoft 365 email service, where we receive and handle enquiries. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be shared where a legal obligation requires it or where necessary to handle a legal claim.
Social links open LinkedIn, Instagram or GitHub. The AI links open Claude, Codex, Mistral or Perplexity. The Claude and Perplexity links include a prepared question with public company information about Predicate. We do not add your personal information to that question. These links do not copy anything to your clipboard.
These external services are contacted only when you follow their links. The provider then processes your visit and anything you submit under its own privacy notice, which may include processing outside the European Economic Area.
The retention and international transfer arrangements of our hosting and email providers are still being verified. This notice will be updated when those details are confirmed.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the legal conditions are met. We do not use website enquiries for profiling or automated decisions. If any future processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
